The Ticket for Go Goa Hop on Hop Off Bus Ticket per person is as follows 1 Day Ticket – Rs, 600/- INR (North/South) Or 2 Consecutive Day Ticket – Rs. 1200/- INR Dinner Boat Cruise/ Evening Boat Cruise are Add on Services having different charges. Infants/child up to 3 years (Valid gov. proof) – No charge provided they are not occupying a seat.

Why should you take the Hop-On Hop-Off bus?

Tourists are advised to take a full single loop and listen to the live commentary. It will help you decide the places that you prefer to explore according to your interest. You have the flexibility of boarding a bus as many times as you want during the validity of your ticket.

Do you provide pick and drop?

No! We do not provide any pick and drop service. However, there are stops at designated routes which one can track the incoming buses once your book the tickets by downloading the app.

Do the tour buses offer hotel pick up/drop?

No, however many of our stops are near centrally-located hotels.

Can I buy only 1 day pass?

The pass is for one day for the designated route.

Will we get a seat number or a confirmed seat upon booking?

Once you book your tickets, your travel gets confirmed with Go Goa Hop on Hop Off Bus for that particular day. Seats are on the basis of first come-first serve. Buses are available at a regular frequency at each Go Goa Hop on Hop off bus stop.

What is your child policy?

Child up to 3 years (with a valid gov. proof) there are no charges, provided they are not occupying any seat. For more information visit our T&C.

If I book Goa sightseeing 1- or 2-day’s ticket can i hop in and out of south to north bus?

Yes! You require to add on North/ South bus ticket while you book 1- or 2-day’s pass.

If I book Goa sightseeing 2 days ticket on Sunday than can I use the same ticket for Tuesday?

No, it has to be 2 consecutive days i.e. Monday & Tuesday or Sunday & Monday etc.

Can I book only an Evening Boat Cruise/ Dinner Boat Cruise Tour?

Yes, absolutely! Evening Boat Cruise/ Dinner Boat Cruise is an individual package. You may choose to add on the same in your existing tour.

Do you provide Guide to go along with us inside the monuments?

No, we don't provide.

Do You Provide food during the tour?

Go Goa Hop on Hop off bus ticket does not include food. You can choose to bring your own food or try out some of the fascinating and delicious Goa Food available near Go Goa Hop on Hop off bus pick and drop-off spots. Our App, website and guides will help you with more information.

Are Entry tickets to monuments included in bus tickets and are they chargeable?

Do you sell entry tickets to Museums?

No, we do not sell entry tickets to Museums.

What time the Go Goa bus tour start?

The Bus starts every day at 09:00 AM. The services are active till 09:00 PM for North Goa Tour and for South Goa Tour .(Subject to change)

How much time you provide at each spot for sightseeing and how long will the bus wait?

There is no time limit, in simple terms hop on hop off means you can jump on and off at our designated stops as many times as you wish as per your pass validity. Kindly check out bus route time table for more information.

Is it compulsory to start the tour from Go Goa Panjim or Vagator bus stops only?

No, you can jump on and off at our designated stops as many times as you wish as per your pass validity..

How will I receive my ticket confirmation/ Qr code?

You will receive you tickets via WhatsApp, Email and SMS Along with QR Code you will receive a Booking ID.

I do not have a smart phone; Can I still book a ticket?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation code via SMS.

Can pets be brought on board?

Bringing pets or any kind of animals on board is not allowed. If you travel with a guide dog, please contact us on +91 7397974544 / +91 7397975152.

What happens if the bus does not show up on time?

Our hop on hop off buses run on a strict schedule, still, unfortunately traffic still can affect our timetable. In case of any delays, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding

While booking payment got deducted but I did not get my Ticket No, please help?

In such cases you may simply connect with us through our contact center support with your name, mobile no, route, email id and date of booking. We are always happy to help you.

I bought tickets online but have yet to receive a confirmation email. What am I supposed to do?

In case you don’t receive our confirmation email after completing the transaction, we advise you to do the following: Check your bulk mail or spam folder If you don’t see it there, send an email to us at info@hoponhopoffgoa.com. Please share all details related to the booking in that email so that we can quickly resolve the issue without any trouble for you. You may also connect with us through our contact center support from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM. You will also have a download voucher link on the confirmation page after you have completed the booking.

Will there be commentary?

All tours have commentary, either a live guide and/or pre-recorded audio commentary sharing interesting information about the city’s history, culture and places of interest.

Are the buses wheelchair accessible?

Our buses are not wheelchair accessible. Please contact our Tour Guides for assistance if required. We are always happy to help. Kindly note: We do not own or provide any wheelchairs

Can I Cancel my tickets?

Any service cancelled at least 24 hours prior to it will get a full refund after deducting the bank transaction fees of 5% which will be issued between 5 to 7 business days, after the cancellations have been placed. Cancellations within 24 hours before the service will be charged in full.
