Guests purchasing tickets on the company website / Mobile App / 3rd party vendors are required to carry the physical/soft copy of E-ticket/SMS/ Email and present to the Hop on Hop Off Goa BUS staff at the Guest’s Preferred Boarding Point to validate the QR Code
The Passenger/s must keep their ticket/s safe. Passengers found traveling without a valid Ticket will be charged the full ticket price for a replacement ticket.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The Company reserves the right to deviate from the route of the service in the event of traffic jam/traffic diversions, public rallies, riots, rain effected diversions, VVIP movements or such other similar incidences beyond the control of the management. It is further clarified that the Company will not be liable to refund the ticket amount in any such case and hence such claims will not be entertained.
The Company reserves the right to deviate from the route of a service in the event of traffic jams or for circumstance beyond the Company's control.
Please take care of all personal property. The Company is not responsible for any loss of goods of property of the Passengers.
The company will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to negligence by the company, in which case our liability is limited for damage to a maximum of the refund of the ticket price.
Tickets purchased from Hop on Hop Off Goa bus Agents, Resellers, Distributors will have to be approached for all such queries pertaining to the ticket purchase or refund rescheduling request.
The Company reserves the right to De-board the Passenger if he/she is found intoxicated OR his/her conduct is deemed is to be offensive or if the behaviour constitutes a risk to the safety of the fellow passengers.
Passengers boarding from the start point are requested to report minimum 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.
No refund will be made if the guests who do not report on time at the pickup point for whatsoever reason and no refund will be made in such case.
Request for refund against ticket amount is not applicable.
Hop on Hop Off Goa bus ticket is valid for 1 or 2 consecutive days depending on the bookings, in case a guest boards the bus after ticket expiry, will not be allowed. To revalidate guests may have to purchase a bus ticket.
Smoking, carrying contraband and explosive articles is strictly prohibited on the bus.
Consumption of alcohol is not permitted inside the bus.
The Company will have no liability in case of cancellation of tour due to reasons beyond the control of the Company.
The Company, its Directors, its Management and its agents accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or arising from any negligence, acts, omission, faults or defaults howsoever caused.
All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Goa only.
In case of combined ticket, the ticket is valid only when used in successive days.
The ticket is to be retained till the end of the tour days and to be shown on demand before boarding the Hop on Hop Off Goa BUS.
Guest can hop in hop out as many times as he/she likes, however valid bus ticket will be required at every entry point for revalidation.
Children up to 3 years are allowed to travel free. For children above 3years, adult fare will be charged. (Adult’s accompanying the child must be able to provide age proof on demand, if age proof is not provided then adult fare will be charged).
The validity of the ticket will be 1 day or 24Hours or 2 consecutive days or 48Hours consecutive hours from the chosen date of the tour.
Add on packages will a part of the bus ticket and will not be sold as individual package as per management’s decision.
No refund will be entertained in case of discount or promotional offers. In certain cases, management can consider request for reschedule.
Same day/Any day cancellation – No refund.
Criteria for child – up to 3years free admission.
Nationality claims can only be verified by valid Government photo id.
